Job: Management Trainee

Safe and Sound Security is looking for people to enroll in our Entry Level Management Trainee Program. This program is geared towards recent high school and college grads that are looking for an opportunity to grow and learn with a growing company. We have promoted 7 people in the last 6 months that have started in our program and we are looking to promote 10 or 12 more in the next 6 months.

The security industry is growing due to rising crime rates and higher unemployment. As police officers are being laid off, people are looking for a better way to protect their home and family. We have a solution for them.

Our home security systems are the most advanced on the market. We utilize cellular technology as well as interactive home control to give our customers more than just an alarm system.

As an Entry Level Management Trainee with our company, you will first learn the skills necessary to be a successful team leader. Our team leaders are integral in the training and development of new hires for our company.

Once you have mastered the team leader position, the next step is to become a Marketing Director. A Marketing Director for our company is in charge of implementation of marketing campaigns, development of team leaders, and execution of promotions throughout the year in different areas.
